Portland Winter Light Festival

The ninth annual Portland Winter Light Festival takes place at pop-up sites across Portland, with anchor installations located at The Square, World Trade Center, and Electric Blocks. Over 170 light-based art installations, projections, immersive experiences, and performances will be viewable across all of Portland!
