In Concert on Downtown’s Transit Mall – Madeline Ross at Pioneer Place

Opera singer Madeline Ross will be performing at Pioneer Place on Downtown’s Transit Mall!

Madeline Ross is a “tiny powerful” soprano who was born and raised in Portland, OR. She is a founder and executive director of Renegade Opera, Portland’s unconventional opera company, which creates immersive operatic experiences around Portland focused on accessibility and community engagement. Madeline has performed with Portland Opera and the Oregon Symphony, and has graced the stages of the Kennedy Center, the Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria, and Carnegie Hall. She focuses her work on coloratura repertoire and was said to have “effortlessly nailed” the virtuosic high staccato notes of the Queen of the Night in Mozart’s The Magic Flute.
