The TriMet Ticket Office at Pioneer Courthouse Square (aka the TTO) is no more. The facility at Pioneer Courthouse Square, in the heart of Portland’s Central Business District, is now home to TriMet’s Customer Support Center (CSC). The new name, and the newly expanded space it describes, reflect changes in how TriMet is accommodating its customers and employees.
At twice the square footage as the original Ticket Office, the new CSC building will allow TriMet to serve more customers at a time. It will also provide its nine on-site employees with more room to work, a welcomed development in order to maintain appropriate social distancing in the workplace.
